The biogas pressure stabilization cabinet is an important component of the biogas system. Its main function is to regulate the pressure of biogas to ensure safe and stable operation of the system. It typically includes a pressure regulator, pressure sensor, valves, and control system components, which can effectively buffer and control pressure fluctuations in the biogas.
Product Details
The biogas pressure stabilization cabinet is a type of storage tank used for storing biogas. It is equipped with guide rods, a floating roof, and imported membrane material. When the amount of biogas increases, the floating roof rises along the guide rods, and when the amount of biogas decreases, it descends along the guide rods.
The shell of the floating-roof biogas pressure stabilization cabinet is made of steel plates, connected by welding or bolts. The top is covered with aluminum plates to block sunlight, and both the top plate and the shell are bolted together, sealed with polyurethane compounds. The top of the shell features a corrosion-resistant manhole with a cover and a vent.
The internal membrane uses imported PVC/PVDF membrane material, and the top includes an explosion-proof hole. A level gauge is used to measure the liquid level, and concrete counterweights are used for ballast.
