A mounted double-membrane gas holder, also known as an integrated gas holder, is a type of double-membrane gas holder that is combined with an anaerobic digester and positioned on top of the digester tower. In comparison to traditional double-membrane gas holders, this integrated design saves space, materials, and budget.
Product Details
The mounted double-membrane gas holder is connected to the anaerobic digester using specially designed connectors. The biogas generated from anaerobic fermentation is directly stored in the gas holder mounted on top of the digester tower, eliminating the need for additional land occupation within the facility. This design is adaptable to various forms of anaerobic fermentation tanks, such as cement tanks, Glass-Fused-to-Steel (GFS) tanks, welded tanks, and other types of anaerobic fermentation tanks. It boasts strong adaptability, occupies no land area, and simultaneously incorporates all the advantages of an independent double-membrane gas holder.
